Description

The CUBA model is a fall arrest safety harness available in 2 sizes (M/L or XL/XXL), featuring:
– two fall arrest attachment points: a sternal point via an aluminum thimble and a dorsal point via a curved aluminum thimble for easier connection.
– and two lateral points for work positioning: curved aluminum lateral thimbles. It is also equipped with automatic buckles: the harness buckles open and close with a click. Equipped with a coder, it ensures correct buckle closure, avoiding the risk of twisted straps. The buckles are made of ALUMINIUM for greater lightness. Its V-shaped side panels and horizontal thigh straps offer great freedom of movement by limiting strap friction in the groin area. Its fall indicators offer added safety: they can detect at a glance whether the product has been used to arrest a fall and needs to be removed from service. Thanks to its back comfort foam, it is easy to put on and adjust. Removable, it enables heat management and washing or replacement if necessary.
Its comfort foams at thigh level make it easier to put on waders, minimize friction and increase comfort in the event of a fall. Practical lanyard holders allow unused lanyard arms to be parked, and a slot system allows the lanyard to be pulled out in the event of a fall, ensuring that the fall-arrest lanyard remains in good working order. Exyan fall arrest harnesses have been designed for comfort and freedom of movement, and comply with current standards: EN361:2002. They can be used up to a weight of > 100kgs (including hardware), provided the fall arrester with which they are used has been tested for this weight. They can also be used for weights up to 140kgs (including hardware) with a fall-arrest system adapted to this weight.
